Hi, I am Sourav Mukherjee, a dedicated professional passionate about plant biology, molecular biology, and microbiology. I'm thrilled to share my academic journey with you. I have qualified CSIR-UGC JRF with AIR-69 in the 2017 DEC. In my Ph.D. coursework exam, I scored more than 90%. I hold a Master of Science degree in Botany from the University of Burdwan (2015) where I attained 74% marks, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Botany from Katwa College (University of Burdwan) in 2013, with a score of 68%. Alongside my academic achievements, Along with my academic carrier I have many more research experiences like: 1. More than four years of experience in handling human pathogenic bacteria. 2. Extraordinary proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 3. Ability to use a variety of data handling software like SPSS, Origin, GraphPad Prisma, etc. Adeptness in multivariate data analysis through PCA and hierarchical cluster analysis. 4. Adaptable to using bioinformatics tools such as Autodoc Vina, Discovery Studio, etc. 5. Flexible and adaptable to run PCR and Gel electrophoresis. Currently, I am working in the Plant Physiology and Biochemistry lab. My present research focuses on phytochemical analysis, antioxidant, antimicrobial activity and molecular approaches to the anti-quorum sensing activity against some pathogenic bacteria. I will be submitting my thesis in this year. I am enthusiastic about the prospect of utilizing my expertise and abilities in a vibrant research or academic setting, where I may make significant contributions to progress in the subject.
